For reinforcing the rear wing sockets. Most post KA # 600 boats have this already. Glues underneath the curved cap that covers the rear wing bar sockets. Prevents this cover peeling off in a crash that pushes the rear wing bars up. (Which can result in catastrophic failure of the back of the boat)
