Spares Orders

You will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping method that best meets your needs.

Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.

All orders will be sent Cost & Freight, which means that import costs, taxes and duties shall be your responsibility.

We aim to send all items within 3 days of receiving your fully paid order. If there are item(s) that are not in stock or that exceed this timeframe it will be either displayed on the product page of the website or we will contact you to discuss further options.

Although we do our best to get your items to you as soon as we can we cannot guarantee delivery times, the above stated times are a guideline only

Boat Shipments

Your shipping time frame will depend upon the position of your build slot, In the week before shipment we email you to ask for final payment and to discuss the most convenient airport for you.

You will receive a price quote in U.S. currency for shipping fees including any applicable fees, duties and taxes applicable to the country you selected at checkout if available.

Customs Clearance, Local Taxes, Import Fees & Duties

Shipping does not include local taxes, customs clearance charges, import fees & duties which vary from country to country. These are calculated by local authorities and collected from you by the local customs agent. You will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process if chargeable by us. We will clearly identify our terms and what is included to your chosen country on your invoice.

Insurance

Transit Insurance is included with your shipping cost. This cover is inclusive of transport from the factory until it leaves our freight forwarders control. This means that the moment you, your customs agent or your local transport company takes possession the insurance provided by our freight forwarder lapses.

We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate levels of insurance for your WASZP effective from when it leaves our forwarders control.

Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that items received after 30 days of the shipment date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Please contact our Customer Support Team BEFORE sending back a shipment to us. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock and can be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment with faster processing.

Exchanges

You can return unused items within 30 days of the shipment date for an exchange.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information;

Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.

We will Issue a Web store credit equal to the value of the item(s) minus any tax, duty or freight charges that may apply to the order


Returns

You can also return unused items within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax, on the original order. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.

Bank transfer

We will refund the value of the item(s) minus any tax, duty or freight charges that may apply to the order to the bank account we received payment from.

Credit card

We will cancel the credit card payment if possible or refund the value of the item(s) minus any tax, duty or freight charges that may apply to the order via a Web store credit.

PayPal

We will refund the value of the item(s) minus any tax, duty or freight charges that may apply to the order back to your PayPal account we received payment from.
